I can't log in to the app, what should I do?
If you are unsure about your password, use the "Forgot Password" option to set a new one.
If the error persists, follow the steps below:
Android

Uninstall the mobile app.

Open the Settings app.

Go to Apps (or App Management on some versions of Android).

Select the app whose cookies you want to delete.

Tap Storage and cache (or just Storage).
-
Choose Clear data or Clear storage.

Reinstall the FALA app.

Log in.
iOS – Apple
-
Uninstall the mobile app.
-
Open Settings on your device.
-
Scroll down and select Safari.
-
Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced.

Select Website Data.
-
Search for systemfala.pl in the list.

If you don’t see it immediately, use the search function.

Tap Edit in the top right corner.

Select systemfala.pl and choose Delete.

Confirm the action to clear the cache.

Reinstall the FALA app.

Log in.
