The Customer Service Point in the FALA system is located at the PKP Station in Chojnice. The point is additionally marked with the FALA logo. The CSP is open on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 14:00 and on Fridays from 11:00 to 16:00.

You can also buy season tickets at the MZK Chojnice petrol station at 53 Angowicka Street.
