Linking takes just a few minutes. Choose the option you use:

I use the "Jestem z Gdańska" app

Step 1

Download the Jestem z Gdańska app and activate the Resident Package (Pakiet Mieszkańca).

Step 2

Add the package: Public Transport Tickets – FALA System (Bilety komunikacji miejskiej – System FALA).

Step 3

Before traveling, check that the following are active:

• Resident Package (Pakiet Mieszkańca),
• Public Transport Tickets – FALA System Package (Pakiet Bilety komunikacji miejskiej – System FALA),
• A valid period ticket.

 I use a physical Resident Card

Step 1

Order a Gdańsk Resident Card with FALA System support.

Step 2

Log in to your Gdańsk Resident Card account and:

• Add the Resident Package (Pakiet Mieszkańca) for the current year,
• Add the identifier "Resident Card with FALA support" (Karta Mieszkańca z obsługą FALA).

Step 3

Before traveling, make sure that the following are active:

• Resident Package (Pakiet Mieszkańca),

• Public Transport Tickets – FALA System Package (Pakiet Bilety komunikacji miejskiej – System FALA),

• A valid period ticket.
