System FALA - Gdańska Resident Card

My application for integration has been rejected – what should I do?

Your application for integration may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

  1. Inconsistent data in both systems
The personal, address, or contact information stored in the Resident Card and in the FALA System differed from each other. For the integration to be processed correctly, both sets of data must be identical.

    What to do?
Log in to both your Jestem z Gdańska account (or contact the Gdańsk Resident Card service office) and your FALA System account, verify your details, and – if they are outdated or inconsistent – update them so that they match in both systems. Then submit a new integration request.

  2. Anonymous account in the FALA System linked to the email address associated with your Jestem z Gdańska account
If there is an anonymous account in the FALA System created using the same email address that is used for your Jestem z Gdańska account, integration cannot be completed.

    What to do?
You should either close such an anonymous account or personalize it (by providing full personal details), and then resubmit the integration request.

Once the above irregularities have been resolved, your next integration request should be processed correctly.
