The QR code scanner is located on the bottom right of the FALA device (reader and falomat), as indicated by the yellow arrow under the QR code symbol.

To scan the QR code on a paper ticket, place the ticket on the bottom of the device, 10-15 cm away from the device, as shown in the photo below.

 To confirm the ticket scan, the message “Ticket active” will appear on the screen and a sound will be played.


IMPORTANT! If for any reason scanning a paper ticket in the FALA System device is not possible (e.g., an error message like "Read error" or another appears), you should use the old validators by punching the ticket in the traditional way—inserting the ticket into the device.
