All you need to do is submit an application for the new Resident Card and check the option indicating that you want it to function as a ticket carrier. The Resident Card staff will handle the integration with the FALA System, so your card will be ready to use for public transit.

After creating an account in the FALA System, an activation link will be sent to the provided email address. To access your account, simply use the sent link and set your password. There is no need to register manually in the system.
