Yes, to activate the option to use the FALA System with a traditional plastic Gdynia Resident Card, you need to replace your current card with a new one (equipped with a FALA System module). Replacing the card is completely free of charge. If you prefer using your phone, instead of replacing the physical card, you can simply download the new mobile app and apply for an electronic card.
