Where can I find or check if I have purchased a ticket?

Purchased tickets are visible in the SYSTEM FALA app and on the passenger portal at www.systemfala.pl.
Passengers without a FALA account can check their purchased ticket on a FALA touchscreen device at the platform via the "Check tickets without a FALA account"
Passengers with a FALA account can check their purchased ticket on a FALA touchscreen device at the platform via the "Your FALA account"
