The method of validating a ticket is different from the previous one. Tickets purchased through machines with the FALA System have a printed QR code, which should be scanned immediately after entering the vehicle in one of the FALA System devices, then kept in case of an inspection.

IMPORTANT! If for some reason it is not possible to scan a paper ticket in the FALA System device, e.g. the message "Reading error" or another message appears, please use the old ticket machines, validating the ticket in the traditional way, i.e. by inserting the ticket into the device.
