How to submit a complaint related to the promotional campaign "Replace your ZTM Card with an application or card of the FALA System"?
A complaint or other problem regarding the promotional campaign can be reported via:
• Hotline +48 585 733 585 (open Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

The complaint should include:
• name and surname
• account ID number in the FALA System
• customer's email address
• description of the reason for the complaint
• ZTM Card number
Complaints may be submitted within 30 days of the end of the promotional campaign.
The response to the complaint will be sent in the form in which the complaint was submitted, within 14 days of its receipt by the FALA System, on the website www.systemfala.pl
