Information Clause for Individuals Contacting the Customer Service Hotline

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that:

Purpose of Processing

 The purpose of processing your personal data is to answer submitted questions or to process other types of your requests/reports.

Legal Basis for Processing

 We process your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., based on the legitimate interest of the Controller, which is efficient customer service and the defense of claims in connection with the Controller's activities.

Data Retention Period

 Your personal data will be stored for a period of 2 years, counting from the end of the year in which the telephone report was made.

Data Recipients

The recipients of your personal data are entities authorized to have data disclosed to them under the provisions of law. Personal data will also be shared with the Controller's employees in accordance with their authorizations and permissions granted to ensure the correct handling of reports, within the necessary time and scope. Personal data may also be shared with individuals authorized by the Controller and entrusted to processors providing services to the Controller based on concluded data processing agreements.

Rights of Individuals

 You have the right to request: the protection of your personal data, access to it, obtaining a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of its processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
