Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that:

Purpose of Processing
The purpose of processing your personal data is to collect and disclose the data of the platform's users to the social media portal for the purpose of creating audience statistics.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent, expressed by clicking the "Like" or "Follow" button on the controller's page on the social media portal. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to use the social media service.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries and International Organizations

These entities declare the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and reliance on European Commission decisions stating an adequate level of data protection with respect to specific countries to which the data may be transferred. Data Recipients
The recipients of your personal data are the social media portals where we maintain corporate accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and entities authorized to have data disclosed to them under the provisions of law. Personal data may also be entrusted to entities that provide services to the controller.
Rights of Individuals
You have the right to request access to your personal data, obtain a copy of it, rectification, erasure, or restriction of its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by "unliking" or "unfollowing" the controller's page. The consequence of withdrawing consent will be the inability for us to process this data.
