Regulations of the System FALA Fanpage
1. Purpose of the Fanpage
The System FALA fanpage is a moderated space for communication with passengers and users of the FALA System. It is designed to provide support in using the system and to educate new users. We promote a culture of respectful dialogue. These terms and conditions comply with Facebook's platform rules and aim to ensure a safe environment for discussion for all users.
2. Reporting Issues
If you encounter a problem with the FALA System, please report it directly to Customer Service via the electronic form at https://reklamacje.systemfala.pl or by calling +48 585 733 585.
3. Rules for Posting Comments
We welcome comments on this fanpage that:

Contain questions regarding the functioning of the FALA System;

The following types of comments (in whole or in part) are not accepted on the fanpage:

4. Consequences of Violations
Comments that violate the rules set out in point 3 of these Terms and Conditions will be removed without prior notice. Continued violations may result in the user being blocked from accessing the fanpage.
