1.3 Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Your personal data is processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • a) To establish and maintain contact: based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., consent expressed by voluntarily sending us your data. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact with the Controller.

  • b) For marketing and performance of provided services: based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, in connection with the legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting of conducting marketing activities, providing services, and selling to natural persons (including sole traders), as well as the necessary processing of data of persons representing or designated as contact points for contractors.

1.4 Data Retention Period Your personal data will be stored for the following periods, depending on the purpose of processing:

  • a) Contact maintenance: Data will be stored until the withdrawal of consent and for 3 years thereafter for archiving purposes or to secure potential claims.

  • b) Marketing and service performance: Data will be stored for 3 years starting from the end of the year in which the last transaction occurred.

1.5 Data Recipients The recipients of your personal data are entities authorized to have data disclosed to them under the provisions of law. Public authorities that may receive personal data within the framework of a specific, lawful inquiry are not considered recipients. Data may also be entrusted to entities providing services to the Controller.

1.6 Rights of Individuals

  • a) You have the right to: the protection of your personal data, access to it, obtaining a copy, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) via the ePUAP electronic delivery box: /UODO/SkrytkaESP.

  • b) For data processed based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw consent by sending a request to our email or postal address.


2. General Information

2.1. The Operator of the Service is InnoBaltica Sp. z o.o., ul. Lastadia 2, 80-880 Gdańsk. 2.2. The Service collects information about users and their behavior through:

  • a) Information voluntarily entered into forms;

  • b) "Cookies" saved on end-user devices;

  • c) Web server logs collected by the hosting operator.

3. Information in Forms

3.1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including: name, email address, phone number, and other data necessary to fulfill the purpose of the form (e.g., inquiries, service provision, newsletter). 3.2. The Service may collect connection parameters, including IP address and timestamps, based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for system security and traffic analysis. This data is stored for 36 months. 3.3. Data in forms may be shared with IT service providers and mailing system operators based on data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).

4.1. The Service uses cookies. 4.2. Cookies are IT data, specifically text files, stored on the user's device. They typically contain the website name, storage time, and a unique number. 4.3. Cookies are used for:
