How to change or set a new PIN for an account in the FALA System?

The PIN in the FALA System is required to make changes to your account and to use Customer Service Points (POK).
You can set or change it at any time:

  • On the website: https://systemfala.pl.
  • At the ZTM Customer Service Point in Gdańsk, 4 Kilińskiego Street
  • At the ZTM Customer Service Point in Gdańsk, 15 Świętokrzyska Street
  • Or by calling the helpline.
If you forget your PIN, simply repeat the same process as described below.
 

1. Log in to your account and go to "Settings".

 

2. Click the "Authorization PIN" option.

 

3. Select "Change PIN".

 

4. Click "I don’t remember my PIN".

 

5. Press the "Next" button.

6. An authorization code has been sent to your email address. If you don’t see the message, check your "SPAM" folder.

7. Enter the received authorization code and click "Reset".

8. Enter a new PIN.

9. Re-enter the new PIN.

10. Click "Confirm".
