There are two ways to travel within the FALA System in Puck:

1. FOR FALA ACCOUNT HOLDERS (Account created at systemfala.pl)

You start your journey by using either your FALA Card or a payment card linked to the system as an identifier. Tap your card against the reader or falomat upon entering the vehicle to register your entry (check-in). This action is equivalent to entering into a transport agreement.

2. FOR PASSENGERS WITHOUT A FALA ACCOUNT You can travel by tapping your payment card against the reader or falomat upon entering and, optionally, upon exiting the vehicle. If you are eligible for discounts and want them applied, you must use the falomat touch screen to select the appropriate concession (discounted) tickets before tapping your card.
