How does the ticket inspection work?
Ticket inspectors use specialized mobile devices to verify your right to travel. The process depends on how you purchased your ticket:
-
For FALA System users: Simply present your FALA Card, your payment card (if linked to the system), or show the QR code from the FALA mobile app (found in the top-left corner by clicking on the passenger's photo).
-
For payment card users (unregistered): If you bought a ticket directly with a bank card, simply tap the same card against the inspector’s device.
Is it safe?
-
Privacy: The inspector's device does not collect any personal data from your card, and the inspector cannot see your bank details.
-
Encryption: Your payment card acts only as a transaction identifier, and all card data is automatically encrypted.
-
Results: The inspector only receives a simple confirmation: whether or not there is a valid ticket assigned to that specific card.
