Your first FALA Card is free of charge. After five years, you can replace it with a new one (also free of charge). You can order your card in two ways:

• Online: Via the passenger portal at www.systemfala.pl.

• In Person: At a Customer Service Point (POK).

Delivery options:

• The card can be delivered directly to your mailbox (at the address provided).

• Alternatively, you can choose to collect it in person at the Customer Service Point (POK) in Puck.
