There are two ways to travel within the FALA System:

PERSON WITH A FALA ACCOUNT (created via the portal at systemfala.pl) starts their journey with a FALA Card or a payment card assigned to the FALA system as an identifier by tapping it against a reader/falomat upon entering and exiting the vehicle, thereby performing the so-called check-in and check-out. This action is equivalent to entering into a carriage agreement.

PERSON WITHOUT A FALA ACCOUNT travels by tapping a payment card against a reader/falomat upon entering and exiting the vehicle. If they wish to apply any entitled discounts, they must use a falomat and select the appropriate discounted tickets on the screen.
