What to keep in mind when traveling with a payment card in the FALA System?
-
After purchasing a ticket with a payment card via a "falomat" or a reader (FALA System devices), the charge will appear on your bank account at the earliest on the following day.
-
When purchasing a ticket with a payment card, a pre-authorization fee may be charged, which is then refunded to the customer's account.
-
During a ticket inspection, you must tap the same payment card used to purchase the ticket against the inspector’s device. The card generates a unique number called a "token," which allows the inspector to verify if a ticket was purchased for that card. The inspector has no access to any other data on your card.
-
In case of failure to check out, the system will charge you for a ticket covering zones A+B+C.
-
To purchase multiple tickets or a discounted ticket, use the "falomat" (located in the middle of the vehicle) and select the specific ticket types on the touch screen.
-
The devices do not print physical tickets or receipts.
-
You can check the validity of your ticket at a "falomat."
