Your first FALA Card is free of charge. After five years, the card can be replaced with a new one at no extra cost. You can order it in two ways:

• Online: Through the passenger portal at www.systemfala.pl.

• In Person: At a Customer Service Point (POK).

Delivery and Collection:

• The card will be delivered directly to your mailbox (at the address you provide).

• Or, you can choose to collect it in person at the Customer Service Point (POK) in Władysławowo.
