There are two ways to travel using the FALA System:

PERSON WITH A FALA ACCOUNT (created via the portal at systemfala.pl) starts their journey with a FALA Card or a payment card assigned to the FALA system as an identifier by tapping it against a reader or "falomat" upon entering the vehicle, thereby performing a so-called check-in. This action is equivalent to entering into a carriage agreement.

PERSON WITHOUT A FALA ACCOUNT travels by tapping a payment card against a reader or "falomat" upon entering and, optionally, upon exiting the vehicle. If they wish to apply any entitled discounts, they must use a "falomat" to select the appropriate discounted tickets.
