Ticket inspectors use specialized mobile devices to verify your fare. During an inspection, the device will show which tickets are assigned to your account after you present a FALA System identifier.

You can prove your right to travel using:

• A FALA Card.

• A payment card (bank card).

• A QR code from the FALA mobile app (located in the top-left corner after clicking on the passenger's photo).

Security and Privacy: If you purchased a ticket using a payment card not linked to a FALA account, the process is exactly the same. Your data is safe:

• No data collection: The inspector's device does not download any personal or financial information from your card.

• Encryption: The payment card acts only as a transaction identifier, and the data is automatically encrypted.

• Limited Information: The inspector only sees whether there is a valid ticket assigned to that specific card. They have no access to your bank balance or account details.
