Lębork – podróżowanie z FALĄ

What are "falomats" and readers?

These are the yellow-and-black devices used for traveling and purchasing tickets. They are installed in every city vehicle and are also available on railway platforms and stations. Each FALA device is marked with the Pomeranian Voivodeship logo and the FALA graphic symbol.

FALOMAT (Ticket Machine) primarily allows you to:

  1. Register entry and exit by tapping your FALA Card or payment card.

  2. Purchase tickets using the touch screen.

  3. Check your account balance.

READER is a simpler device that only allows you to:

  1. Register entry and exit (check-in/check-out) by tapping your FALA Card or payment card at the start and end of your journey.

Where to find them:

  • Falomats are located approximately in the middle of the bus.

  • Readers are located near the entrance doors.
