There are two ways to travel within the FALA System:

1. FOR FALA ACCOUNT HOLDERS (Account created at www.systemfala.pl)

You start your journey by using either your FALA Card or a payment card linked to the system as an identifier. Simply tap your card against the reader or falomat when entering and exiting the vehicle to register your journey (check-in/check-out). This action is equivalent to purchasing a ticket.

2. FOR PASSENGERS WITHOUT A FALA ACCOUNT You can travel by tapping your payment card against the reader or falomat when entering and exiting the vehicle. If you are eligible for discounts and want them applied, you must use the falomat touch screen to select the appropriate concession (discounted) tickets before tapping your card.
