Your first FALA Card is free of charge and remains valid for 5 years. You can order it in two ways:

• Online: Through the portal at www.systemfala.pl. The card will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

• In Person: At the Customer Service Point (POK) in Lębork. You can place an order there and choose to collect the card in person.
