At the FALA System Customer Service Point, you can:

• Create a FALA account.

• Order a FALA Card to be delivered to your home address or for pickup at the POK.

• Top up your e-wallet (payment by cash or card) and withdraw funds.

• Purchase season tickets (payment by cash or card).

• Link your personal payment card as an identifier in the FALA System.

• Obtain additional information regarding the FALA System.
