What is the FALA Card?

The FALA Card is used to identify a passenger in a vehicle. In other words, when a passenger taps their FALA Card on a validator or reader, they signal to the system that they are starting or ending their journey (depending on the regulations of the public transport operator in a given city). Funds are deducted from the electronic wallet associated with the passenger's account in the system or from the payment card linked to the FALA account as a payment method.
