An account in the FALA System allows you to order a free FALA Card, which travelers can use to move around by public transport in Słupsk. Holders of a FALA Card or a FALA account linked to their own payment card have all their tickets in one place and do not need to look for paper ticket sales points. By using the FALA System, travelers can purchase tickets via the systemfala.pl portal, through devices located in vehicles or on platforms, and via the app, without the need for paper versions. The FALA System also enables the purchase of railway tickets throughout the entire voivodeship and facilitates the use of public transport in cities such as the Tricity, Wejherowo, Lębork, or Chojnice, as well as rail travel.
