The first FALA Card is free of charge. After five years, the FALA Card can be replaced with a new one (at no cost). You can order it through the portal at systemfala.pl or at a Customer Service Point (POK).

The card will be delivered to your mailbox (at the indicated address) or will be available for pickup at the Customer Service Point (POK) in Słupsk. You can also order the FALA Card directly at the POK.
