How to obtain an invoice for a ticket purchased in the app or on the portal?
On the www.systemfala.pl portal, you can generate an invoice by following these steps:

After logging into your FALA account, select the "TRANSACTIONS" tab from the top menu.

In the "FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS" section, click on the three dots next to the item for which you want to generate an invoice and select "GENERATE INVOICE".

If all the details are correct, confirm the command by clicking the yellow "GENERATE INVOICE" button.

You can adjust the document from the "INVOICES" tab available in the top menu.

You can also generate an invoice automatically when purchasing a ticket. To do this, move the "I WANT TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE" slider in your shopping cart.
In the mobile app, you can download an invoice by following these steps:

Click the "ACCOUNT" icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Select the "TRANSACTIONS" option from the list.

In the "FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS" tab, find the item for which you want to generate an invoice, click on it, and select the "INVOICE - PREVIEW" option at the very bottom.
