Users of the mobile app, the FALA Card, or a payment card linked as an identifier in the FALA System have all their tickets available in one place, without the need to look for paper ticket sales points. By using the FALA System, travelers can purchase tickets via the mobile app, the systemfala.pl portal, and through devices located inside the vehicles.
