Both FALA account holders and those without an account can use the readers and falomats installed in vehicles.

A PERSON WITH A FALA ACCOUNT starts their journey in two ways:

• By tapping a FALA Card or a payment card assigned to the FALA System as an identifier, or by scanning a QR code from the mobile app on a reader or falomat, thereby performing a so-called check-in. This action is equivalent to purchasing a single-journey ticket for 4.80 PLN (if the passenger has discounts assigned to their account, they will be applied).

• By selecting any ticket on the touch screen of a falomat (the device located in the middle of the vehicle) using the "Buy ticket with FALA account" button.

A PERSON WITHOUT A FALA ACCOUNT starts their journey:

• By tapping a payment card against a reader or falomat, thereby performing a so-called check-in. This action is equivalent to purchasing a single-journey ticket for 4.80 PLN. If a traveler (without a FALA account) wishes to apply entitled discounts, they should use a falomat and select the appropriate discounted tickets (via the "Buy ticket with payment card" button).
