How to use the mobile app?
After downloading the "System FALA" app to your smartphone, you need to create either a non-personalized (anonymous) or a personalized (named) account. Then, log in using the email address provided during registration and set a PIN for the account.
IMPORTANT! A season ticket (period ticket) can only be purchased through a personalized account. Alternatively, if you have a non-personalized account, you can purchase such a ticket at a Customer Service Point (POK).
In the app, you can also top up your e-wallet, set up recurring and automatic top-ups, download an invoice for a purchased ticket, and return a ticket before its validity starts.
What else can you do in the app?
