System FALA

What if I try to buy a ticket without a FALA account in the vehicle and it doesn’t work (I see the message: "Card read error")? What does it mean for the passenger?

The "Card read error" message indicates that, for unknown reasons, the electronic ticket purchase through the FALA System was unsuccessful. This message most commonly appears when the card was held against the device for too short a time.

A successful ticket purchase is confirmed by a green message, a sound signal, and four illuminated LEDs on the device.

IMPORTANT! If in doubt, passengers can check if their ticket was purchased by selecting the "Check ticket without an account" option on the device. However, after buying a ticket, it is recommended to wait about 60 seconds to allow the system to process and verify the purchase.
