To add a discount in the FALA System, log in to your account and go to the "Settings" tab. Then, select "Discounts", where you need to specify the type of discount (transport type, discount category, and relevant document). After filling in the required information, save the settings.

For dynamic travel, the system automatically applies the registered discount when calculating the fare. However, when purchasing a ticket from the list in the mobile app or at a FALOMat, you still need to manually select the appropriate ticket and apply the discount, even if it is already saved in the system
