How to purchase an electronic ticket for a child with a FALA account? What if a parent has only one email address?
In the FALA System, a parent or guardian can create a child's account either through the passenger portal (using their email address) or at a Customer Service Point (without the need to provide an email address).
Setting up a child's account follows the same process as for an adult. A parent or legal guardian with a FALA account can link the child's account to their own using the "Share account with family or company" function in the Account tab. Once the child’s account is linked, the parent can top up the e-wallet, purchase tickets, and check transaction history from their own account.
IMPORTANT! If the child’s account is created at a Customer Service Point without an email address, all actions such as purchasing tickets, topping up the e-wallet, or adding discounts must be done in person at the Customer Service Point.
