Why can’t I see the ticket charge on my bank account?
After purchasing a ticket with a payment card via a "falomat" or a validator (FALA System devices), the transaction will appear on your bank account the following day at the earliest. This is because the system first aggregates all transactions from a given day before sending them to the bank for settlement. Depending on your bank, it may take from one to several days for the charge to appear on your account statement.
