How to use "falomats" and readers with a FALA account?

A FALA ACCOUNT HOLDER can start their journey in two ways:

  1. Check-in (Automatic Registration): By tapping a FALA Card or a payment card linked to the FALA System as an identifier, or by scanning the QR code from the mobile app at a falomat or reader. This action is equivalent to purchasing a single-trip ticket for 4.80 PLN (if you have concessions assigned to your account, they will be automatically applied).

  2. Manual Purchase: Passengers can also make individual purchases at a falomat by selecting the "Buy ticket with FALA account" button on the touch screen.
