To use the automatic renewal feature for your monthly ticket, please follow the instructions below:

• Turn on the "Automatic renewal" option by toggling the corresponding slider when purchasing your ticket.

• Please ensure that funds are available in your app account or on your linked payment card at least 5 days before the scheduled ticket renewal date. This is a necessary condition for the automatic extension to be processed correctly.

• If your account is topped up later than 5 days before the renewal date, the system will not be able to automatically extend your ticket.

• We kindly remind you that in accordance with the rules of the FALA System, before starting each journey, passengers should ensure they hold a valid travel entitlement.
