Contactless payment is the only payment method available at "falomats" and validators for individuals without a FALA account. However, passengers with a FALA account can pay for their tickets using funds from their Individual e-Wallet, which must first be topped up (via the systemfala.pl portal or the app), or by using a payment card. Alternatively, these passengers can purchase tickets through the "System FALA" mobile app, the systemfala.pl portal (for personalized season tickets), or at physical Customer Service Points.
