1. Create an account and sign up.

2. Set up your profile.

3. Go to the TICKETS tab.

4.  Choose the transport operator you want to buy a ticket from.

5. Select the ticket type: short-, medium-, or long-term.

6. Choose the ticket you want from the list.

7. If you are buying a period ticket, select the start date.

8. If you are buying a single-ride ticket, select the line number.

9. Choose whether the ticket is reduced or full fare.

10.  Select a payment method and pay.

11. Your ticket will appear in the YOUR TICKETS tab    

12. During inspection, show the QR code from the YOUR TICKETS tab.

13. During ticket inspection, present the ID linked to your FALA account, e.g. your FALA Card or payment card.

If you use the System FALA app, you can also show the QR code from (the) “Your Tickets” section.
